Our success comes from the individual and collective efforts of our staff. We first make sure that each team member upholds our shared core values. Then, as a group, we implement those values every day as we serve our clients and each other. This is why our hiring process is very particular.
Our staff are highly trained, well educated professionals with a combination of certification, licensure, experience, and academic credentials. Our team members all possess advanced academic diplomas including associates, bachelors, and masters degrees.
Our staff advance through the levels by completing clinically devised competency assessments. They can also become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) by completing training through Behavior Univerity, as well as competency assessments with our Board Certified Board Analysts/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/LBAs). All BCBAs/LBAs and RBTs also complete additional training in Relias, and through other training resources, above and beyond that which is required by state and federal regulatory agencies.
We absolutely LOVE and ADORE the talented, committed, and well-trained individuals that we are so lucky to have as our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/DIDD Approved Behavior Specialists! They are such a valuable part of our company, and contribute so much to the success of the individuals, families, and agencies that we work with.
If you wish to work with us, we will first examine your experience and qualifications, as well as your personality. As you settle in here, you will find yourself surrounded by other professionals who share your qualities and enthusiasm. You will be in a healthy environment that embraces togetherness, the unity of mission and vision, diversity of lifestyles, staying true to our core values, having access to and support from management, and an importance in having a proper work-life balance.
