Meet Our Team of ABA Professionals:

Achieving Our Vision and Mission

Our success comes from the individual and collective efforts of our staff. We first make sure that each team member upholds our shared core values. Then, as a group, we implement those values every day as we serve our clients and each other. This is why our hiring process is very particular.

Comprehensive Training

Our staff are highly trained, well educated professionals with a combination of certification, licensure, experience, and academic credentials. Our team members all possess advanced academic diplomas including associates, bachelors, and masters degrees.

Our staff advance through the levels by completing clinically devised competency assessments. They can also become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) by completing training through Behavior Univerity, as well as competency assessments with our Board Certified Board Analysts/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/LBAs). All BCBAs/LBAs and RBTs also complete additional training in Relias, and through other training resources, above and beyond that which is required by state and federal regulatory agencies.
